After months of hoping the quality would become better it never showed any promise. Very poor service, time and time again. Employees rushed service, with little to no knowledge of how to properly care for a vehicle. I now have multiple scratches on my car that we’re not there before. After speaking with the management it made it very clear that I was just another number. When I made them aware of my concerns I was treated with rudeness and told it did not matter, taking this up any further would be a waste of time, I couldn’t prove anything.
