After a horrible watch sizing experience at Walmart the nice ladies working the closing shift today (11/29/17) hooked me up. The Walmart staff put my pins in backwards and almost completely destroyed my watch. Brought it in to Zales and the staff here got it right. Even taught me what Walmart did wrong and how not to do it in the future. It was amazingly smooth and my watch fits perfect. I would list names but I honestly cannot remember them. I just know they were real professionals who know how to resize a watch. Thank you Zales. I will definitely be returning.
