I didn't have a problem with Dr. Furman - he was very nice and welcoming - but his nurse is such a rude person. Whether it's on the phone or in person she isn't welcoming or nice at all and, frankly, I don't feel she should be working with people because she makes them feel uncomfortable. I have spoken with the other nurse there and she is so much more kind and welcoming. His nurse causes patients to have a horrible experience overall and as someone that already suffers from social anxiety it is not appreciated that she acts like that towards people.
