Absolutely horrible customer service and business. Got a quote for flooring from them and the moment I got on the phone to get the quote I knew it would be downhill. first the total cost of the flooring was 1500 bucks, which I was fine with, but then he stated that there was an additional 1600 in materials. when I asked him to itemize it and explain how it was so much, he would not itemize anything for me. He would only give me a list of items and then the price, so they could be charging extra some places to makeup for discounts and since he wouldn't show me prices I would never know. then when it got to labor he told me it would be 300 to rip up the carpet. I told him I would do it myself and to take it off. not only did they not take it off, but they then put 620 on the quote. SO not only were they trying to charge me for something I said id do, they doubled the cost of what they said. I would never do business with their flooring company again. The customer service is awful and those people working there should not be allowed to even talk to customers. And then I get a quote from lumber liquidators. the laminate was priced .20 per square foot less on 1200 sq ft which is only 240 extra, yet the cost of lumber liquidators was only 1600 for materials while home depot was 3100.
