When we switched to Spectrum they gave us sub par equipment and I always had issues with it. When we ask for updated equipment it was newer, but not the latest. We always have to unplug our boxes and there where always issues. Of course it takes forever for it to reboot. Then they never mentioned the lower priced latest boxes. We never had good service with this company. Then on top of that they wanted to charge me to have their people come out and change it out. This is for the sub par equipment that we already pay for. Where is the good service they talk about on their commercials? Then to top it off the last customer "solutions" representative never apologies for Spectrums shortcomings.We canceled our cable...our internet will be next.
